Nebraska’s insurance exchange is up and running. Now, the Department of Insurance wants to know what consumers think about it. The survey is designed to get reaction to several policy and program choices state policymakers will face. Insurance exchanges are designed to be a one-stop-shop where consumers can compare and shop for health insurance.
